Atlast everything has been fixed. It took more time as the domain was also under transfer to another Domain Registrar. And now web-space is by Mesopia.com, as recommended by Manpreet.
Hopefully, there won’t be any major problem again :)

So atlast error was fixed by the hosting company
The reason of error on my Blog was due to upgradation of PHP version by the host company to 4.3.10, which is not compatible with WordPress, except if some adjustments are made.
