SIFY! Here I come…
I filed both the cases (SIFY & Cable) and also gave a little overview to the Magistrate.
There is a little change in procedure now, so Magistrate reviews it a little. He was positive specially against SIFY :D
And why not… after all the SIFY case includes 30 pages. Thanks to all the persons, who gave their Testimonials.
First hearing is on 19 January, 2005.
If anyone still feels of joining or giving something in writing.

Answer: Because here we are talking about law and it is specifically provided under “The General Clauses Act, 1897″, that any reference to “HE” is construed to include “SHE”
And That’s why, everywhere in law the word ‘MAN’ is only used

You know what.. sify has slashed charges again. they have removed that dingy 32 k connecion out and the minimum is now… hold your breath… 48 k… blahhahahaha and a minimal overhauling of rates. still sucks…
Our only option for better bandwidth seems to be migration.
